What is a living will?
A Living Will is a legal document that expresses your wishes regarding life support and health care when you are incapacitated. It is also commonly referred to as an Advance Directive, Health Care Directive, or Physician's Directive. If you don't have a Living Will, you risk placing your fate in the hands of the state or forcing your loved ones to make the gut-wrenching decision of whether they should continue life support or provide other care.
