Biography
California Business and Employment Lawyer, Alicia I. Dearn, provides full service business law, employment law and litigation services, including advice and business services, such as policy drafting, policy review, litigation avoidance, auditing, contract negotiation and contract drafting.
Ms. Dearn began her career working for two internationally recognized law firms (Paul Hastings and Pillsbury Winthrop) and has solid experience in all aspects of litigation, including several trials, appeals and class actions. Ms. Dearn has achieved litigation successes before state and federal trial courts, administrative bodies and state and federal appeal courts.
In addition to her law practice, Ms. Dearn is the CEO and principal of Good Sharks, Inc., an internet based company providing legal matching services for businesses and individuals and legal marketing services for attorneys. As a small business owner, Ms. Dearn brings practical, business-oriented focus to her legal practice.
